DUPLICATE EFFECTS

First: make a Selection.
If you don't know how to select multiple rows, please refer to Selection Strategies

Press Ctrl+A, select command from Effects Menu or click the related Icon in the tool-bar.

You can now also Copy, Cut and Paste text within cells or from other application. Highlight the text string and, clicking on it with the right button of the mouse, opens the edit Menu.
